动力车尾部顶推方式下列车动力学性能和安全性 被引量:1

Train Dynamic Performance and Safety under Tail Push-Type Operation of Power Car

摘要 在分析动力车密接式车钩和15X车钩结构特点的基础上,分别推导曲线线路上纵向压钩力作用下2种车钩的准静态偏转几何关系;采用多体动力学和子结构方法,建立动力车尾部顶推方式下9节编组动力集中列车动力学模型,其中动力车及与其相邻2节拖车采用三维动力学子结构模型,15X车钩子结构模型采用多边形接触方法,准确模拟钩尾2个圆弧面间的接触摩擦作用及钩尾销与销孔之间的水平偏转止挡作用;研究曲线线路上车钩类型和动力车尾部顶推力对列车动力学性能和安全性指标的影响。结果表明:车钩类型对动力车的轮轨力和安全性指标影响较小,对与动力车相邻拖车4轴的轮轨力和安全性指标影响显著,采用15X车钩时的轮轨横向力和安全性指标均大于采用密接式车钩时;随着动力车顶推力的增大,车钩偏转角、拖车4轴轮轨力也随之增大,15X车钩较密接式车钩的轮轨力增幅更为显著。 On the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics of the tightlock coupler and 15X coupler of power cars,the quasistatic deflection geometry relationships of the two couplers under longitudinal compressed forces on curve lines are deduced respectively.A dynamic model of the power concentrated train with 9-car formation under the tail pushtype operation of power car is established using multibody dynamics and substructure methods,in which the power car and its two adjacent trailers are simulated by the 3D dynamic substructure models,and the 15X coupler substructure model is simulated by the polygon contact method.The contact friction between the two circular arc surfaces of the couplertail and the horizontal deflection and block between the coupler pin and pin hole are accurately simulated.The influence of coupler types and tail push forces of power car on the train dynamic performance and safety index is studied on curve lines.Results indicate that the coupler type has little influence on the wheelrail force and safety index of the power car,but has significant influence on the 4-axle wheelrail force and safety index of the adjacent trailer.The wheelrail lateral force and safety index when using the 15X coupler are larger than those when using the tightlock coupler.The coupler rotation angle and the 4-axle wheelrail force of trailer increase with the increase of the power car push force,and the increase of the wheelrail force of 15X coupler is more significant than that of the tightlock coupler.
