对氧磷酶基因与缺血性脑卒中后认知障碍的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究对氧磷酶(PON)基因的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)与缺血性卒中后认知障碍的相关性。方法 以首发急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)为研究对象,收集符合纳入标准患者的个人基本资料、病史、血生化指标,使用MOCA量表评估患者AIS后2w的认知情况,检测PON基因的9个多态性位点基因型,分析卒中后认知障碍的发病率,评估多态性基因型与卒中后认知障碍的相关性。结果 心房颤动与AIS后认知障碍显著相关(P<0.05);rs7493多态位点的CC基因型与总人群及轻度认知障碍(MCI)亚组显著相关,显著增加AIS后认知障碍易感性。结论 PON基因SNPs与川东北地区汉族人群AIS后认知障碍相关,携带rs7493 CC基因型个体发生AIS后认知障碍风险增加。 Objective To study the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of paraoxonase(PON) gene and cognitive impairment after acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods The (AIS) was used as the research object.The personal data,history and blood biochemical indexes of the patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected.The MOCA scale was used to assess the cognition of the patients 2 weeks after the AIS.The 9 polymorphic genotype of PON was detected and the incidence rate of cognitive impairment after stroke was analyzed.The association between polymorphic genotypes and cognitive impairment after stroke was assessed.Results Atrial fibrillation was significantly correlated with cognitive impairment after AIS(P <0.05).CC genotype of rs 7493 polymorphism was significantly associated with the general population and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)subgroup,which significantly increased the susceptibility of cognitive impairment after AIS.Conclusion The SNPs of PON gene are associated with post-stroke cognitive impairment in the Han population in Northeast Sichuan,and individuals with rs 7493 CC genotype have an increased risk of cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.
