食品包装材料的安全性,对食品的安全有着重要影响,所以针对食品包装材料展开相关的检测,是确保食品安全不出现问题的前提与基础。文章主要阐述国内食品包装材料的发展现状,以及在包装材料检测中用到的各类技术,通过探讨食品包装材料的安全性,有针对性地探究相应的对策,以此来确保食品包装材料的安全性以及检测技术的适用性,推动国内绿色食品工程持续、健康、稳定的发展。

The safety of food packaging materials has an important impact on food safety,Therefore,the relevant testing of food packaging materials is the premise and basis to ensure that there are no problems in food safety.This paper mainly expounds the development status of food packaging materials in China and the various techniques used in the detection of packaging materials,and probes into the corresponding countermeasures by discussing the safety of food packaging materials,in order to ensure the safety of food packaging materials and the applicability of detection technology,to promote the sustainable,healthy and stable development of domestic green food engineering.
