摘要
根据GB 18218—2018《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》,对某焦化企业年产150万吨捣固焦化项目进行危险化学品重大危险源辨识和分级,通过仿真模拟手段对出现重大危化品事故所带来的影响进行模拟和分析,确定危化品防护范围,针对危化品的安全生产提出相关建议和措施。
According to Hazardous Chemical Major Hazard Identif ication(GB 18218—2018),major hazard source of a coking project of 1.5 million tons is identif ied and graded,the impact of major hazardous chemicals accidents is simulated and analyzed,and the scope of protection of hazardous chemicals is determined.The paper puts forward relevant suggestions and measures for the safety production of hazardous chemicals.
