膜型油罐建设中的结构优化及质量控制

摘要 钢制异形膜结构油罐是一种新型的长方形箱体结构储油罐,在空军机场供油系统中得到越来越多的推广使用。油罐的安全质量问题与油罐的使用寿命和实际效果有着直接性的联系。目前,随着空军机场供油系统的改造以及需求的不断增多,油罐的安全质量问题被给予了充分的重视,一旦出现问题,一方面造成严重的成本损失,直接影响到能源供给安全;另一方面对空军机场的正常运行产生重大影响。因此,在膜型油罐建设中,必须加强质量控制,有针对性地发现问题和解决问题,从细节上落实,注重每一个流程和工序。 Membrane oil tank is a large container for storing oil,which is widely used.At the same time,the safety and quality of oil tank is directly related to the service life and actual effect of oil tank.At present,with the transformation and the increasing demandof air force airport oil supply system,it needs to pay moreattention on the safety and quality of oil tank.Once an accident occurs,on the one hand,it will cause serious cost and directly affect the energy consumption coeff icient,on the other hand it will cause serious negative impact on the development of future.Therefore,in the construction of model tank,quality control must be strengthened,problems should be found and solved,details should be implemented,and attention should be paid to every process and working procedure.
