摘要
文章介绍了采用AnsysWorkbench设计手段,对某种高压容器展开筒体与球壳之间的连接处锥段结构尺寸进行优化设计,减小应力集中系数,优化高压容器的结构性能,实现了重量轻、运行稳定的效果,为压力容器结构优化提供可靠性借鉴。
The paper introduces the AnsysWorkbench design method is adopted to optimize the size of the cone section between the expansion cylinder of a high pressure container.It can reduce the stress concentration factor,optimize the structural performance of the high-pressure vessel,and achieve the effect of light weight and stable operation.It provides a reliable reference for the structural optimization of pressure vessels.
