摘要
随着经济与科技的迅猛发展,中国在化工工艺设计领域也有了更高层次的追求和目标。一方面是增强工艺技术的先进性,另一方面更加注重安全管理、危险识别的要求。化工工艺领域具有腐蚀性高、危害性大的特点。文章对在化工工艺设计的过程中的安全管理与危险识别、控制措施进行分析,目的在于强调必须高度重视化工工艺设计中的各个环节,加强危险识别和危险控制,更好的发现问题、分析问题和解决问题。
With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,China also has a higher-level pursuit and goal in the f ield of chemical process design.On the one hand,we should enhance the advanced nature of technology,and on the other hand,we should pay more attention to the requirements of safety management and hazard identif ication.The f ield of chemical technology has the characteristics of high corrosivity and great harm.This paper analyzes the safety management,hazard identif ication and control measures in the process of chemical process design,in order to emphasize that we must attach great importance to all links in chemical process design,strengthen hazard identif ication and hazard control,and better f ind,analyze and solve problems.
