摘要
在完成燃料电池系统集成后,需要对整个系统的运行参数进行进一步的优化。本文对50kW燃料电池系统进行活化,分别在在55℃、60℃、65℃、68℃、70℃运行温度标定工况,根据不同温度下运行工况后的电堆内阻及80%额定功率下电堆电压确定燃料电池系统的最佳运行温度。研究表明,该燃料电池系统的最佳工作温度为68℃。
After the fuel cell system integration is completed,the operating parameters of the whole system need to be further optimized.In this paper,the 50kW fuel cell system was activated and operated under the temperature calibration conditions respectively at 55℃,60 ℃,65 ℃,68 ℃,70 ℃.The optimal operating temperature was determined according to the internal resistance of fuel cell stack and the fuel cell stack voltage under 80%rated power condition.The results show that the optimal operating temperature of the fuel cell system is 68 ℃.
