基于噪声改善的燃油箱防浪板研究

摘要 燃油系统包括了燃油箱及相关燃油输送管路,是汽车至关重要的构成部分,关系到每个乘客的生命安全。汽车在制动和加速过程中,燃油晃动对油箱壁撞击所产生的压力影响到整个燃油系统的稳定性,同时会引起低频的噪声,该噪声会引起乘客的抱怨,因此,燃油晃动一直是燃油系统开发过程中需要研究的重点和难点问题,其中防浪板设计优化对降低晃动噪音至关重要。本文以某一车型塑料油箱开发的晃动噪声解决过程为例,以主观对比评价为基础辅助以仿真分析,寻求优化燃油晃动噪声的解决路径,为以后的燃油箱及相应防浪板设计提供参考依据。 Fuel system include fuel tank and fuel pipe, it is one of the very important system of vehicle, it have relation with every passenger safety. In the process of vehicle brake and start, the pressure which fuel strike fuel tank can impact the stability if fuel system, and pressure vary can cause noise, this noise is also one of very important target for evaluating vehicle comfort. So, fuel tank slosh noise is always the important and difficulty problem in the development process, the design of breakwater for solving slosh noise is also very important.This article will provide an example to explain the process for solving slosh noise, based on subjective assessment and simulation, to find a better problem solving path for slosh noise, and provide a reference for later design.
