摘要
目的:了解医务工作者职业倦怠与离职意愿的关系及其影响因素,为有效干预提供参考建议。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、"Springer Link"、"Elsevier SD"、"EBSCO"、"Web of Science"、"OvidSP"、"PubMed",Google Scholar等中外文数据库,检索建库以来-2021年3月的研究,进行元分析。结果:纳入了61篇文献,包括63个效果量,涵盖25个省级行政区域,总样本量为47033人。元分析结果发现,医务工作者的职业倦怠与离职意愿呈显著正相关,效果量达到了高相关(r=0.43,P<0.001)。地域和文献发表时间能够显著调节职业倦怠与离职意愿的关系(P<0.05)。结论:医务工作者的职业倦怠与离职意愿联系紧密,地域对二者的关系有调节作用,且两者的关系有随年代变迁加强的趋势。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of Chinese medical workers and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for effective intervention.Methods:Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,CQVIP,Springer link,Elsevier SD,EBSCO,Web of science,OvidSP,PubMed and Google Scholar were searched from the establishment of the database to March 2021 for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 61 articles were included,including 63 effects,covering 25 provincial administrative regions,with a total sample size of 47033 people.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between job burnout and turnover intention of medical workers,and the effect size was highly correlated(r=0.43,P<0.001).The relationship between job burnout and turnover intention was significantly adjusted by region and publication time(P<0.05).Conclusion:The relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of medical workers is closely related,region has a moderating effect,and the relationship between them tends to strengthen with the change of the times.
