支持型导师指导风格对研究生创新能力的影响:团队氛围和学习投入的链式中介作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨支持型导师指导风格对高校研究生创新能力的影响,以及团队氛围和学习投入在二者间的中介作用。方法:采用支持型导师指导风格量表、研究生创新能力量表、团队氛围量表和学习投入量表对728名高校研究生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)创新能力与支持型导师指导风格(r=0.47,P<0.01)、团队氛围(r=0.53,P<0.01)、学习投入(r=0.72,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;支持型导师指导风格与团队氛围(r=0.79,P<0.01)、学习投入(r=0.44,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;团队氛围与学习投入(r=0.46,P<0.01)呈显著正相关。(2)团队氛围和学习投入在支持型导师指导风格与创新能力之间起完全中介作用。该中介作用包括3条路径:团队氛围的单独中介作用;学习投入的单独中介作用;团队氛围和学习投入的链式中介作用,其中中介效应分别占总效应的32.69%、29.27%、24.61%。结论:支持型导师指导风格可以通过团队氛围、学习投入的单独中介作用影响高校研究生的创新能力,还可以通过两者的链式中介作用影响创新能力。 Objective:To explore the influence of supportive supervisor’s guiding style on graduate students’innovation ability,and the mediating role of team atmosphere and learning engagement between them.Methods:A total of 728 graduate students were surveyed by using supportive tutor coaching style scale,graduate innovation ability scale,team atmosphere scale and learning engagement scale.Results:(1)There were significantly positive correlations between innovation ability and supportive mentor’s guiding style(r=0.47,P<0.01),team atmosphere(r=0.53,P<0.01)and learning engagement(r=0.72,P<0.01).There was significantly positive correlation between supportive mentor style and team atmosphere(r=0.79,P<0.01)and learning engagement(r=0.44,P<0.01).There was significantly positive correlation between team atmosphere and learning engagement(r=0.46,P<0.01).(2)Team atmosphere and learning engagement played a full mediating role between mentoring style and innovation ability of supportive mentors.The mediating effect includes three paths:The single mediating effect of team atmosphere;The single mediating role of learning engagement;Mediating effect of team atmosphere and learning engagement accounted for 32.69%,29.27%and 24.61%of total effect,respectively.Conclusion:The supporting mentor style can influence the innovation ability of graduate students through the mediation of team atmosphere and learning engagement alone,and also through the chain mediation of the two.
