国医大师周岱翰“带瘤生存”学术理念论析

Discussion on the Academic Thoughts of Survival with Tumor Advocated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Master ZHOU Dai-han

“带瘤生存”理念是国医大师周岱翰提出的适用于恶性肿瘤的一种治疗理念,其核心内涵是以人为本、中庸中和、积极但不过度、与时俱进,蕴含唯物辩证法思想,不以完全杀灭肿瘤为唯一治疗目标,针对病人的具体情况,采用积极合理的个体化综合治疗,践行生物-心理-自然-社会医学模式的全病程管理,以获得最好的生活质量和最长的生存期为主要治疗目标,实现“治病留人”。本文分析了“带瘤生存”理念提出的时代背景、定义内涵、文化渊源和临床意义,论述了“带瘤生存”理念视野下的中医肿瘤学辨治体系。

The thoughts of“survival with tumor”are advocated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master ZHOU Dai-han,and are benefit to the treatment of malignant tumors.The core connotation of survival with tumor is people-oriented,moderate,positive but not excessive,and keeping pace with the times,which contains the thoughts of materialist dialectics.By following the thoughts of“survival with tumor”,the treatment of tumor patients will not only aim on complete killing of tumor,but is achieved by adopting the positive and individualized comprehensive treatment according to the specific situation of patients,and by practicing the whole-course management of bio-psycho-social and natural medical model,so as to arrive to the main treatment goal of obtaining the highest quality of life and the longest survival and reach the purpose of treating diseases and surviving people.This paper analyzes the era background,definition,connotation,clinical significance and theoretical thinking of the thoughts of“survival with tumor”,and discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine oncology from the perspective of the thoughts of“survival with tumor”.
