住区规划原理课程中的认知调研教学实践研究

摘要 存量时代下居住区规划的关注点从物质空间向社会、经济、社区治理等多维视角转化。在住区规划原理课程教学计划中插入住区认知社会调研模块,安排学生对大连市中心城区的街道社区进行实地调研,了解居民对社区公园和中小学设施的使用情况。采用观察、问卷调查及居民访谈等方法,使学生体验住区多维属性、社区管理及学区制度等对居住行为的影响,培养学生发现、分析及解决住区基本公共服务问题的专业素养。 In the era of stock,the focus of residential area planning has transformed from the physical space to multi-dimensional perspectives such as society,economy,and community governance,Insert the residential cognitive social investigation module into the teaching plan of the Principle of Residential Planning,arrange students to conduct field investigation on the street communities in the central urban area of Dalian,and understand the residents’use of community parks and primary and secondary school facilities.Through observation,questionnaire survey and resident interview,students can experience the impact of multi-dimensional attributes of residential area,community management and school district system on residential behavior,and cultivate their professional quality of discovering,analyzing and solving basic public service problems.
