基于养老模式的适居性老年公寓空间设计研究--以东木头市老年公寓为例

Study on the Spatial Design of Livable Apartments for the Elderly Based on the Pension Mode:A Case of the Apartments for the Aged in Dongmutou

老龄人口占我国人口总数的比例正在逐年增加,根据中华人民共和国民政部的数据,截至2017年底,中国超过65岁的人口已达到2.22亿,占总人口的17.7%。中国的国情决定了在未来养老体系中社会养老的份额将大幅增加。为老年人提供适居的生活空间环境已成为主要关注点。本文首先对国内养老公寓发展的状况及调研现状进行分析,总结国外养老公寓对适居性空间的设计经验。其次,以老年人为关注点,以适居性的安全性和舒适性原则为出发点,以无障碍设计为基础展开设计研究。最后,通过阐述公寓空间的主题、定位、构思、设计要素,对老年公寓适居性的设计进行研究。

The proportion of population aging in China’s total population is gradually increasing.According to the data of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,by the end of 2016,China’s population over 65 years will reach 216 million,accounting for 16.7%of the total population.China’s national conditions determine that the share of social pensions in the future pension system will increase substantially.Providing suitable living environment for the elderly has become our main focus.This paper first summarizes the development status and current investigation conditions of the elderly apartments in domestic,and then summarizes the design experience of foreign elderly departments in living space.Then based on the elderly,starting from the principle of safety and comfort of habitability,design research based on barrier-free design is conducted.Finally,the paper studies the design of elderly apartment by exposing the theme,positioning,and concept of apartment space.Finally,by expounding the theme,positioning,conception,and design elements of the apartment space,the research on the design of the livability of the apartment for the elderly is conducted.
