莆田涵江地区僮身科仪初探——基于民间文献与仪式的简析

A Preliminary Study of Ritual of Tongshen in Hanjiang Area of Putian Based on Folk Literature and Rites

基于民间文献和仪式的角度,通过文本解释和科仪概述,对僮身的兴起、选拔仪式、咒语、“肃坛持戒”等相关科仪进行简要探讨。僮身科仪从严肃神秘的宗教仪式变成一种兼备观赏性和娱乐性的特色民俗活动,为涵江地区的民间信仰文化增添了新的内涵。

Tongshen is a special religious vocation of the rural society in Hanjiang District of Putian who participates in most of the Taoist rites in the area.Based on folk literature and an overview of relevant rites, this paper briefly discusses the rise, the selection ceremony and other rites like Tongshen chanting Taoist mantras and closing the temples for observing Taoist commandments.Tongshen rites has changed from a solemn and mysterious religious ceremony to a unique folk entertainment activity, which helps enrich the folk belief culture in Hanjiang.
