摘要
针对残碳锅炉在试验、试运及投产时,出现的残碳燃料专有燃烧特性,以及床温偏差大、高压流化风系统母管压力变化、循环物料在运行过程中的变化等相关问题,分析其原理,提出残碳模式下的锅炉相关主燃料跳闸的联锁关系,并通过改变床料中不同物料的比率、流化风量和高流风机出力等试验,解决以上几个相关问题,提出残碳锅炉若干专属特性。
In this paper,the principle is analyzed and the solution is found in the test,trial operation and production of residual carbon boilers,such as the proprietary combustion characteristics of residual carbon fuels,large bed temperature deviation,the pressure change of high-pressure fluidized air fan system main pipe,and changes in circulating materials in the operation process.By changing the ratio of different materials in the bed material,changing the fluidized air flow,changing the output of the high-flow fan,etc.,the above related problems are solved;the interlocking relationship of boiler-related main fuel tripping(MFT)in the residual carbon mode is proposed;and several exclusive characteristics of residual carbon boiler are proposed.
