摘要
约旦某油页岩电站项目锅炉为目前世界投运的最大容量的燃烧油页岩的循环流化床锅炉。油页岩灰分大、热值低,应用于发电工程具有一定的挑战性,需要对约旦油页岩进行试烧。该项目油页岩燃料在我国某清洁燃烧与烟气净化重点实验室进行燃烧试验,文章研究油页岩在循环流化床锅炉中的燃烧特性,以及SO_(2)和氮氧化物(NO_(x))的排放特性,掌握约旦油页岩的理化特性和在循环流化床燃烧方式下的燃烧、排放、灰渣等特性,为项目锅炉设计选型及运行提供依据。
The boiler of an oil shale power plant project in Jordan is the largest CFB(circulating fluidized bed)boiler using oil shale in the world.Oil shale has high ash content and low calorific value,which is challenging to be used in power generation projects.It is necessary to have a combustion test.Based on the combustion test of oil shale fuel in a key laboratory of clean combustion and flue gas purification in China,this paper studies the combustion characteristics of oil shale in CFB boiler and the emission characteristics of sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))and nitrogen oxides(NO_(x)),so as to master the physical and chemical characteristics of oil shale in Jordan and the characteristics of combustion,emission,ash and slag under CFB combustion,Provide basis for boiler design and selection and boiler operation of the project.
