摘要
近年来,航测遥感技术在电力线路勘测设计过程中得到广泛应用。传统航测主要用于勘测阶段,采用立体测图方法提取线路带状区域的平面地物和高程信息,存在技术要求高、效率低且需要专用设备等问题,已经不能满足勘测设计需求。深入研究航测成果应用,基于航测影像数据和高程数据成果,研究如何利用这些成果辅助电力线路勘测设计,包括实现CAD软件中插入影像图和高程数据,高效便捷地提取高程点,批量提取中线、边线、风偏等数据,并智能生成平断面图和塔基地形图,提升电力勘测设计工作效率。
Aerial surveying and remote sensing technology are widely used in the process of power survey and design.The traditional aerial survey is mainly used in the survey stage,and the three-dimensional mapping method is used to extract the plane features and elevation information of the strip area of the line.There are problems such as high technical requirements,low efficiency,and the need for special equipment.It can no longer meet the needs of survey and design.This paper studies in-depth the application of aerial survey results.Based on the results of aerial survey image data and elevation data,how to use these results to assist in electric power survey and design,including the implementation of inserting image maps and elevation data in CAD software,efficient and convenient extraction of elevation points,batch extraction of midlines and edges,Wind deviation and other data,and intelligently generate plan view and tower base shape,improve the efficiency of power survey and design work.
