摘要
乌东德水电站特高拱坝坝身布设5个表孔,跨横缝布置,是汛期重要的泄洪通道,其中底板、门槽及现浇大梁部位为表孔关键施工部位。依托乌东德水电站,研究特高拱坝表孔底板与侧墙整体浇筑、事故门槽一期安装与施工、连接大梁预留宽槽优化设计和预制梁封顶施工等技术,研发事故门槽自爬升台车,形成大坝表孔施工技术。通过工程应用,解决传统表孔施工技术存在的安全风险高、工期长等问题,为高拱坝快速、优质、安全施工提供技术保障。
The ultra-high arch dam body of Wudongde hydropower station is arranged with five crest outlets,which are layout across transverse joints.The crest outlet is an important flood discharge channel during flood period.The bottom plate,gate groove and cast-in-situ girder are key construction parts of crest outlet.Basing on Wudongde hydropower station,this paper has systematically studied crest outlet construction technology for ultra-high arch dam,including the integral pouring of bottom plate and side wall,the first-phase installation and construction of the emergency gate groove,the optimization design of the reserved wide groove for the connection girder,and the roofsealing construction of the prefabricated girder.In the process,the automatic climbing bogie of the emergency gate groove is developed.Through engineering application of the crest outlet construction technology,the problems of high safety risk and long construction period existing in traditional crest outlet construction technology have been solved,which can provide technical guarantee for fast,high quality and safe construction of high arch dam.
