海上平台升降液压缸故障与技术参数优化

摘要 上世纪80年代建造的海上自升式钻井平台,其升降装置液压缸活塞杆常产生划痕故障,影响液压缸的正常运行。检测发现,液压缸的填料压盖内径较小,填料压盖与活塞杆接触,导致活塞杆的划痕故障。此文阐述了液压缸的结构、测量数据,对液压缸的填料压盖的内径尺寸进行了参数优化,将原设计尺寸φ400_(+0.12)^(+0.28)优化为φ400_(-0.05)^(+0.05),确定了合理的填料压盖的内径尺寸和公差,解决了液压缸活塞杆的划痕故障,保障了自升式钻井平台升降装置的正常运行。 On the offshore jack-up drilling platform built in the 1980s,the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting device often produces scratches and failures,which affect the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder.The inspection found that the inner diameter of the packing gland of the hydraulic cylinder was small,and the packing gland was in contact with the piston rod,resulting in scratches on the piston rod.The paper describes the structure and measurement data of the hydraulic cylinder,optimizes the inner diameter size of the hydraulic cylinder packing gland,optimizes the original design size φ400_(+0.12)^(+0.28) to φ400_(-0.05)^(+0.05),determines the reasonable inner diameter size and tolerance of the packing gland,and solves the problem of scratches on the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.It ensures the normal operation of the jack-up drilling platform lifting device.
