摘要
基于NCEP逐日再分析资料和四川攀枝花4个国家站逐小时实况观测资料,对攀枝花市2019年6月5~12日持续高温天气过程的大气环流背景、动力和热力条件及物理量场进行诊断分析。结果表明:大陆高压、地面热低压是此次持续高温天气过程的主要影响系统;中纬度环流经向度小,冷空气活动受阻,利于对流层中低层强大而持久的暖脊或暖中心发展维持,为持续高温提供了有利的环境条件;极为干燥的环境大气、晴空辐射增温和辐散下沉运动是造成高温天气的重要原因;攀西地区的山地地形对持续高温形成也有一定作用。
Based on the daily NCEP reanalysis data and hourly observation data of four national stations in Panzhihua,Sichuan,the atmospheric circulation background,dynamic and thermal conditions and physical quantity fields of the continuous high temperature weather process in Panzhihua City from June 5 to 12,2019 were diagnosed and analyzed.The results show that the continental high pres-sure and surface thermal low pressure are the main influencing systems of the continuous high temperature weather process.The mid-latit-ude circulation has small longitude and the cold air activity is blocked,which is conducive to the development and maintenance of strong and lasting warm ridge or warm center in the middle and lower troposphere,and provides favorable environmental conditions for continu-ous high temperature.Extremely dry ambient atmosphere,radiation warming in clear sky and radiation sinking motion are important reas-ons for high temperature weather.And mountain terrain in Panxi region also has a certain effect on the formation of continuous high tem-perature.
