Study on the correlation Between Urban Integration and Happiness of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

在网络时代,伴随城市化发展,农民工群体步入了代际更迭时代。新生代农民工的幸福感不仅影响该群体的生活质量和舒适度,而且关乎城市化的积极健康发展。基于对部分广东省新生代农民工城市融入调查研究数据的分析,调查发现:性别、文化程度、环境危机感和社会是否相对公平以及政治融入、经济融入、文化融入、社会融入都与幸福感有相关性。基于此,进行关联性探究并提出相应政策建议,鼓励新生代农民工更好地融入城市和提升幸福感。

In the internet era, with the development of urbanization, migrant workers have entered the era of generational change. The happiness of the new generation of migrant workers not only affects the quality of life and comfort of this group, but also relates to the positive and healthy development of urbanization. Based on the analysis of the survey data on the urban integration of part of new generation migrant workers in Guangdong Province, the results show that gender, educational level, sense of environmental crisis and social fairness, as well as political integration, economic integration, cultural integration and social integration are all correlated with happiness. Based on this, the paper conducts a correlation study, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to encourage the new generation of migrant workers to better integrate into the city and improve their sense of happiness.
