The study of enterprise value is an essential part of the acquisition enterprise.Photovoltaic power generation as the current environmental protection and energy-saving power development direction,is the focus of our research.On the one hand,because of the delay in the issuance of state subsidies,many photovoltaic enterprises enjoying state subsidies have difficulties in surviving because the subsidies can not be received in full and on time;on the other hand,the state requires the central enterprises to use environmental protection and energy-saving power products as far as possible,do a good job of the social performance of the central enterprises,the central enterprises to purchase photovoltaic power stations become inevitable.The state-owned enterprises through the acquisition of built photovoltaic power stations,can be efficient and rapid way to expand the size of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the macro and micro environment of the power station project and the evaluation of the project with the scientific method,the acquisition value of the photovoltaic power station can be determined,and a more scientific and reasonable price range can be given to the acquisition of the photovoltaic power station project,understand the pros and cons of the project,more conducive to the acquisition decision-making and negotiation.
