摘要
变截面连续箱梁及连续钢构桥梁0号块主要采用支架法及托架法施工。针对重岭山丘陡壁带及大斜面库区地形条件下传统施工方法施工难度大、风险高、工期紧、质量不易控制等系列问题,提出了一种无落地装配式托架,将不同部位杆件通过销轴进行连接,加工组合成模块后进行整体安装及拆除。应用表明:该种托架的使用对工程质量、进度、安全、成本及环保等均能产生较大的效益。
Continuous box girder with variable section and the block 0 of the bridge with continuous steel structure are mainly adopt support method and bracket method.This article proposes a kind of prefabricated bracket without floor,which is optimized on the basis of the ordinary bracket,and the different parts of the lever are connected through the pin shaft,after processing and combining into modules,the bracket is integral installed and dismantled,aiming at a series of problems such as difficult construction,high risk,tight construction period and uncontrollable quality of traditional construction method in the context of the escarpment of heavy ridge hill and large inclined reservoir area topography.Project shows that the use of this kind of bracket can bring great benefits to engineering quality,progress,safety,cost and environmental protection,etc.
