摘要 目的:研究氧化石墨烯(GO)含量对氧化石墨烯/丁腈橡胶/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(GO/NBR/MMA)复合材料组织和性能的影响。方法:通过球磨法制备不同GO含量的GO/NBR/MMA复合材料,并通过自然沉降实验、Zeta电位测试、Raman光谱测试、热失重测试和红外光谱测试表征分析了GO/NBR/MMA复合材料的组织和性能。结果:当GO添加量为3%时GO/NBR/MMA复合材料的分散稳定性最佳,Zeta电位值最高且大于40mV,GO缺陷程度最大,热失重剩余质量最高。结论:GO/NBR/MMA复合材料的最佳GO添加量为3%质量分数。 Objective:To study the effect of graphene oxide(GO)content on the microstructure and properties of graphene oxide/nitrile rubber/methyl methacrylate(GO/NBR/MMA)composites.Methods:GO/NBR/MMA composites with different GO contents were prepared by ball milling,and the properties of GO/NBR/MMA composites were characterized and analyzed by natural sedimentation experiment,Zeta potential measurement,Raman spectroscopy measurement,thermogravimetric measurement and infrared spectroscopy measurement.Organization and performance.Results:When the GO content was 3%,the dispersion stability of the GO/NBR/MMA composite was the best,the Zeta potential value was the highest and greater than 40mV,the defect degree of GO was the largest,and the thermal weight loss residual mass was the highest.Conclusion:The optimal amount of GO added to GO/NBR/MMA composites is 3%by mass.
