摘要
本文结合三亚至乐东铁路改造工程跨西环货线左联络线大桥4#、5#门式墩施工实践。说明了以确保铁路营业线的安全为首要任务下的总体施工组织、施工技术方案。同时还全面阐述了邻近既有线防护,桩基施工,墩柱施工,帽梁支架设计,支架构件、模板及钢筋吊装,支架拆除及营业线沉降观测等施工关键技术。达了确保既有铁路运营安全、施工安全和缩短施工周期的目标。
This paper combines the construction practice of the 4#and 5#portal piers of the bridge across the left connecting line of the West Ring Freight Line in the reconstruction project of the Sanya-Ledong Railway.The overall construction organization and construction technology scheme under the primary task of ensuring the safety of the railway business line are explained.At the same time,it also comprehensively expounds the key construction technologies such as protection of adjacent existing lines,pile foundation construction,pier column construction,cap beam support design,support member,formwork and steel bar hoisting,support removal and business line settlement observation.The goal of ensuring the safety of existing railway operations,construction safety and shortening the construction period has been achieved.
