摘要
本文主要介绍了在天府农博园美丽乡村示范长廊(一期)项目跨金马河大桥盖梁施工中,针对施工区域及桥址周边的地质状况及地形条件,通过采用钢抱箍架空支架的施工方法,从而很好的解决了在软弱地质区域公路柱墩盖梁施工的难题,不但保证了施工质量,也保证了盖梁的外观和线性。由于支架受力直接作用于已完成的桥墩立柱上,使得支架受力明确可靠,确保了支架施工安全。而且避免了对软弱地质的改良,大大降低了施工措施费用。该施工方法也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。
This paper mainly introduces the construction of the bridge cover beam across the Jinma River in the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park Beautiful Village Demonstration Corridor(Phase I)project,according to the geological conditions and topographic conditions of the construction area and the surrounding of the bridge site,the use of steel hoops to overhead The construction method of the bracket can solve the difficult problem of the construction of the highway column pier cover beam in the weak geological area,which not only ensures the construction quality,but also ensures the appearance and linearity of the cover beam.Since the force of the support directly acts on the completed pier column,the force of the support is clear and reliable,and the safety of the support construction is ensured.Moreover,the improvement of weak geology is avoided,and the cost of construction measures is greatly reduced.This construction method also provides a solution for similar construction.
