摘要
掘锚机的机载钻锚机构对于巷道锚护性能提升具有重要作用,通过对钻锚机构的薄弱环节进行建模和有限元仿真分析研究,提出合理化的优化方案,并对优化后的结构再进行建模和相同条件下的有限元仿真分析,进行了优化效果验证。验证结果表明:通过结构优化改造,加强了基座部分和油缸耳的结构强度,降低了集中应力,有效地补强了钻锚机构在基座与钻臂连接的薄弱环节。
The drill-anchor mechanism of the anchor cxcavator machine plays an important role in improving the anchorage performance of the roadway.Through modeling and finite element simulation analysis of the weak links of drill-anchor mechanism,a reasonable optimization scheme is proposed,and a rational optimization scheme is proposed.The optimized structure is modeled and same finite element simulation analysis is carried out to verify the optimization effect.The verification results show that the structural strength of the base part and the cylinder lug is strengthened,the concentrated stress is reduced,and the weak link between the base and the drill arm of the drill-anchor mechanism is effectively strengthened.
