浅谈斜拉桥索导管测量定位控制

摘要 本文以永宁黄河公路大桥主塔及主梁索导管测量定位及安装施工为背景,为确保成桥后结构受力和线形满足设计要求,通过对该桥施工过程中测量控制网布设、索导管坐标计算、索导管定位控制的总结,解决了索导管坐标计算繁琐、定位精度要求高,高空定位困难、混凝土浇筑后无法调整偏差、造成斜拉索轴线偏位的难题。该控制方法不仅提高了测量定位控制精度,还提高了测量定位的工作效率,有效避免了因索导管位置偏差过大影响施工质量及工期计划。该控制方法也对以后同类工程具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。 This paper takes the measurement,positioning and installation and construction of the main tower and main girder cable conduit of Yongning Yellow River Highway Bridge as the background.The summary of conduit coordinate calculation and cable conduit positioning control solves the problems of cumbersome calculation of cable conduit coordinates,high positioning accuracy requirements,difficulty in high-altitude positioning,inability to adjust deviation after concrete pouring,and deflection of the cable axis.The control method not only improves the control accuracy of the measurement and positioning,but also improves the work efficiency of the measurement and positioning,and effectively avoids the influence on the construction quality and the construction period plan due to the excessive deviation of the position of the cable guide pipe.The control method also has certain guidance and reference for similar projects in the future.
