摘要
BIM技术在出现时便引起了广泛关注,正确运用BIM技术可以一定程度上规避全过程造价管理中的各项问题,并为建筑工程带来更好的质量。基于此,文章首先讲述了BIM技术与全过程造价管理的概念,其次引出了全过程造价管理中运用BIM技术的重要性以及当前问题,最终探讨了BIM技术的实践运用,希望为有关部门提供参考。
BIM technology has attracted widespread attention when it appeared.Correct use of BIM technology can avoid various problems in the cost management of the whole process to a certain extent,and bring better quality to construction projects.Based on this,the article first describes the concepts of BIM technology and whole-process cost management,then introduces the importance and current problems of using BIM technology in whole-process cost management,and finally discusses the practical application of BIM technology,hoping to provide reference for relevant departments.
