基于价值指数的高校低值易耗品采购管理研究

由于低值易耗品自身的特点,导致高校低值易耗品长期处于管理的薄弱环节。本文提出的基于价值理论工程的低值易耗品采购管理模式,有效的对高校低值易耗品进行价值指数测算,并以此确定管理等级,通过这种方式能够进行合理的差别化管理,有效提高管理的质量和效率。

The characteristics of low-value consumables lead to the weak management of low-value consumables in Colleges for a long time.This paper puts forward the management mode of low-value consumables based on value theory engineering,which can effectively calculate the value index of low-value consumables in colleges,and determine the management level.In this way,it can implement reasonable differential management and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of management.
