地铁场段工程造价咨询服务的探究

城市轨道交通工程具有涉及专业多,投资额巨大,投资管控难的特点[1]。特别是场段工程在施工阶段,因工程的复杂性与各种不可预见因素的存在,造价管控难度相对于区间而言更大;本文以某市两条线的建设过程造价管理经验为基础,分析造价咨询实践工作,以此为基础为后期优选确定中标实施单位,组织施工图清单工程量核算、计量与过程验工审价支付结算、预防并处理工程变更,有效控制工程造价,做好造价动态监控、资金支付计划等工作提供参考,从而对投资管理进行有效控制。

The transport engineering of Urban Rail Transit is characterized by many specialties,huge investment and difficult investment control.Especially in the construction stage of the field section project,because of the complexity of the project and the existence of various unforeseeable factors,the cost control is more difficult than the interval,this paper analyzes the practice work of cost consultation,on the basis of which the successful tenderer shall be optimized and determined in the later stage,and the construction drawing list engineering quantity accounting,measurement and process engineering cost evaluation payment settlement,prevention and treatment of Engineering Change shall be organized,effective control of project cost,do a good job of cost dynamic monitoring,capital payment plan and other work to provide reference,so as to effectively control investment management.
