摘要
基于相关理论及概念,重点考虑和分析主要利益相关者,借助德尔菲法构建绿色建筑运营管理综合评价指标体系。结合实例项目对评价体系的可行性与适用性加以验证,并分析评价结果,针对绿色建筑运营过程的实际运行效果提出可操作性的建议。
Based on related theories and concepts,focusing on the consideration and analysis of major stakeholders,the Delphi method is used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for green building operation and management.Combining example projects to verify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation system,and analyze the evaluation results,and put forward feasible recommendations for the actual operating effects of the green building operation process.
