某企业工程项目绩效考核分级管理实施方案研究

摘要 为优化某企业工程项目绩效考核机制,提高绩效考核管理效率,激发企业内生发展动力。本文结合项目性质、项目类型、工作范围、执行难易程度等对项目进行分类与分级。通过采用分类分级管理方法,明确各级项目绩效考核管理程序与文件管理要求,促进项目绩效考核资源的合理配置,凸显管控重点,提升管理效率。 In order to optimize the performance appraisal mechanism of an enterprise's engineering project,improve the efficiency of performance appraisal management,and stimulate the internal development of the enterprise.This paper classifies and classifies the projects according to the nature,type,scope of work and difficulty of implementation.By adopting the classified and hierarchical management method,the management procedures and document management requirements of project performance appraisal at all levels are clarified,so as to promote the reasonable allocation of project performance appraisal resources,highlight the key points of management and control,and improve the management efficiency.
