摘要
伴随我国基础设施建设的发展,盾构法施工以其安全、快速、经济的特点,已经成为轨道交通工程区间隧道的主要施工方法。对于埋深大、富水、裂隙发育的稳定地层,按照常规的全土压模式掘进时经常会发生喷涌,由此带来的清理工作量大、拼装不及时问题也会加剧喷涌的发生,形成恶性循环。文章总结了成都地铁9号线采用辅助气压平衡模式的盾构施工经验,提出了辅助气压模式盾构施工的关键控制技术,给出了可供参考的盾构施工参数,为相同或类似施工条件的项目提供了可参考的案例。
With the development of China's infrastructure construction,shield tunneling has become the main construction method of rail transit project tunnel with its characteristics of safety,speed and economy.For stable stratum with large buried depth,rich water and developed fissures,gushing often occurs when tunneling in accordance with the conventional whole soil pressure mode.The resulting problems of heavy cleaning workload and late assembly will also aggravate the occurrence of gushing,forming a vicious circle.This paper summarizes the shield construction experience of chengdu metro Line 9 using the auxiliary air pressure balance mode,analyzes the advantages and construction technology of the auxiliary air pressure balance mode shield construction in water-rich stratum,which has important reference significance for similar stratum shield construction.
