摘要
本文主要介绍了在天府农博园美丽乡村示范长廊(一期)项目工程跨二绕高速连续钢箱梁施工中,针对连续钢箱梁所上跨的高速公路较宽、跨度较大的特性,通过采用分段分节吊装拼接的的施工方法,从而很好的解决了大跨度连续钢箱梁上跨超宽高速公路的难题,不但保证了连续钢箱梁的吊装安全,同时也确保了下方高速公路通车的安全性。通过设立在下方的临时支墩,使得梁体吊装后的焊接安装更加精确,避免了由于梁体自身影响所产生的施工偏差,保证了梁体成型后的线性质量。该施工方法也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。
This paper mainly introduces the construction of the continuous steel box girder across the second winding high-speed continuous steel box girder in the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park Beautiful Village Demonstration Corridor(Phase I)project,for the expressway spanned by the continuous steel box girder is wider and has a larger span.By adopting the construction method of segmented hoisting and splicing,the problem of long-span continuous steel box girders spanning ultra-wide expressways is well solved,which not only ensures the hoisting safety of continuous steel box girders,but also To ensure the safety of the highway traffic below.By setting up the temporary pier below,the welding installation of the beam body after hoisting is more accurate,the construction deviation caused by the influence of the beam body itself is avoided,and the linear quality of the beam body after forming is guaranteed.This construction method also provides a solution for similar construction.
