既有线铁路更换轨枕采用中小型机械群作业模式研究

Research on the Operation Mode of Small and Medium-sized Machinery Groups for Replacing Sleepers on Existing Railways

目前国内既有线铁路更换轨枕施工,多采用传统的人工“大兵团”模式,这与“少人则安、无人则安”理念极不相适应。而且作为大运量下的山区铁路,仅靠传统的“人海战术”运维模式已经无法满足新时代下的安全需求和运输需求。本作业模式以朔黄铁路原平分公司成段更换轨枕工程1标段为背景,让中小型机械成为成段更换轨枕的“主力军”,改变了传统的模式,改善了人工作业环境,减少现场作业人员的劳动强度,降低了人工劳动的安全风险,提高了施工效率。

At present,the sleeper replacement construction of existing railways in China mostly adopts the traditional artificial"big corps"model,which is extremely incompatible with the concept of"safety with few people and safety with no one".Moreover,as a mountain railway with large traffic volume,the traditional"human sea tactics"operation and maintenance mode can no longer meet the safety and transportation needs in the new era.This operation mode is based on the section 1 of the sleeper replacement project of Shuohuang Railway Yuanping Branch as the background,making small and medium-sized machinery the"main force"of the sleeper replacement in sections,changing the traditional mode,improving the manual working environment,reducing the labor intensity of the on-site operators reduces the safety risk of manual labor and improves the construction efficiency.
