摘要
相关研究和试验表明,采用超大容量的电磁搅拌电源驱动电磁搅拌器在超大圆坯连铸生产线上末端进行高强度电磁搅拌是改善大圆坯连铸凝固过程和提高铸坯质量一种非常有效的工艺手段。此处以某钢厂的实际超大圆坯末端电磁搅拌(F-EMS)项目为背景,设计了一种用于大圆坯F-EMS电源上的2 MVA大容量逆变模组。首先对2 MVA逆变模组的各种设计方案进行优劣势分析,根据分析结果并结合实际情况采用桥臂并联扩容的形式设计2 MVA的电磁搅拌的逆变模组。然后利用带有此处设计的逆变模组的变频电源和某钢厂实际搅拌器负载搭建的试验平台,验证了所设计的超大容量逆变模组完全能够满足某钢厂的F-EMS器的各项性能,具有非常巨大的工程实际应用价值和意义。
The research and test show that it is a very effective method to improve the solidification process and quality of the large round billet in continuous casting line to carry out high intensity electromagnetic stirring at the end of the large round billet continuous casting line driven by the power supply of the ultra-large capacity electromagnetic stirring to final electromagnetic stirring(F-EMS).Based on the actual large round billet end electromagnetic stirring project,in a steel plant,a 2 MVA large capacity inverter module is designed for F-EMS power supply of large round billet.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of various design schemes of 2 MVA inverter module is analyzes,according to the analysis results and combined with the actual situation,the inverter module of 2 MVA electromagnetic stirring is designed in the form of bridge arm parallel extension.Then using the inverter power supply with the designed inverter module and the actual stirrer load in a steel plant to build the test platform,it is verified that the large capacity inverter module designed can fully meet the performance of the F-MES device in a steel plant,has a very huge engineering practical application value and significance.
