摘要
钛合金的强度和塑(韧)性的倒置规律严重限制了其进一步发展和广泛应用。异质钛合金材料能够同时提高常规钛合金材料的强度和塑(韧)性,是获得高强韧钛合金的重要研究和发展方向。对异质钛合金的微观结构和力学行为特点以及强韧化机理进行了总结和分析。针对目前异质钛合金在上述方面的研究现状和不足,展望了未来的发展趋势和方向。
The trade-off relationship between strength and plasticity(toughness) of titanium alloys seriously limits its further improvement and wide application. Heterogeneous titanium alloys can simultaneously improve the strength and plasticity(toughness) of conventional titanium alloys, which provides an important research and development direction to obtain titanium alloys with extraordinary strength and ductility. The microstructure, mechanical behavior characteristics and strengthening-toughening mechanism of heterogeneous titanium alloys were reviewed. Based on the current research status and shortcomings, future development trends and research directions of heterogeneous titanium alloys were put forward.
