摘要
为了解决某ZL205A合金弹体传动件金属型铸造工艺不成熟的问题,使用ProCAST软件模拟该铸件在阶梯式浇注系统下的充型、凝固过程,通过对温度场和固相率仿真结果进行分析,对浇注工艺参数进行优化,缩短了研发周期,降低优化工艺的前期成本。最终按照优化后的结果指导铸件试生产,得到充型完整、品质良好的铸件,验证了优化方案的合理性。
In order to solve the problem of immature metal mold casting process of a ZL205 A alloy projectile transmission part, ProCAST software was adopted to simulate the filling and solidification process of the casting in the stepped gating system. Through analyzing the simulation results of temperature field and solid ratio, the casting process parameters were optimized to shorten the research and development cycle, reducing the up-front cost of the optimized process. Finally, according to the optimized results, the casting trial production was carried out, and castings with complete filling and excellent quality was obtained, verifying the rationality of the optimization scheme.
