人力资本门槛视阈下绿色创新对经济高质量发展的影响及其区域差异研究

Research on the Impact of Green Innovation on High-Quality Economic Development and Regional Differences from the Perspective of Human Capital Threshold

基于我国29个省份2004-2018年的面板数据,采用工具变量2SLS的分析方法对绿色创新与经济高质量发展之间的线性关系进行研究,运用面板门槛模型对两者之间的非线性关系进行探讨。实证发现:(1)绿色创新能够有效促进我国经济高质量发展,同时两者也存在着非线性关系,绿色创新对经济高质量发展的影响存在显著的门槛效应,跨越人力资本门槛值之后,绿色创新对经济高质量发展的促进作用由弱变强。(2)绿色创新与经济高质量发展的非线性关系在不同的区域范围也表现出一定的差异性。(3)当人力资本水平跨过一个临界值时,提高绿色创新水平能够更加强有力地推动经济高质量发展,但我国仅有少部分省份处于这个区间内。在此基础上提出对策建议,以期为经济高质量发展提供理论依据和建议。

Based on the panel data of 29 provinces in my country from 2004 to 2018,this paper uses the instrumental variable 2SLS analysis method to study the linear relationship between green innovation and high-quality economic development,and uses the panel threshold model to analyze the nonlinear relationship between the two discuss.The empirical findings:(1) Green innovation can effectively promote the high-quality development of China’s economy,and there is also a non-linear relationship between the two.Green innovation has a significant threshold effect on the impact of high-quality economic development.After crossing the threshold of human capital,the role of green innovation in promoting high-quality economic development has changed from weak to strong.(2) The non-linear relationship between green innovation and high-quality economic development also shows certain differences in different regions.(3) When the level of human capital crosses a critical value,increasing the level of green innovation can more effectively promote high-quality economic development,but only a small number of provinces (cities) in my country fall within this range.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for high-quality economic development.
