W型弹条参数化建模方法及应用

摘要 针对几何形状复杂的W型弹条提出了一种参数化建模方法。根据弹条的正视图与展开图中的几何参数推导出右肢轴线及中肢轴线方程,利用对称性可得到整个弹条的空间三维轴线方程,并确定方程中的10个弹条基本参数。为了简化弹条建模过程,利用MATLAB软件编制弹条空间轴线参数化建模程序TTCSH。通过将TTCSH程序计算的弹条轴线俯视图、侧视图与实际弹条设计图进行对比,验证了该参数化建模方法的正确性。引入考虑弹条单位质量储存能量的指标W,计算现有三种弹条的力学性能并进行综合评价。结果表明,TTCSH程序可大大提升弹条建模效率,快速进行弹条力学性能分析及优化设计。 A parametric modeling method for W-shaped elastic bar with complex geometry was proposed. According to the geometric parameters in the front view and expansion drawing of the elastic bar,the right limb axis and middle limb axis equations were derived. Using symmetry,the spatial three-dimensional axis equation of the whole elastic bar can be obtained,and the 10 basic parameters of the elastic bar in the equation can be determined. In order to simplify the modeling process of elastic bar,the parametric modeling program TTCSH of elastic strip spatial axis was compiled by using MATLAB software. By comparing the top view and side view of the elastic bar axis calculated by TTCSH program with the actual elastic bar design drawing,the correctness of the parametric modeling method was verified. The index W considering the stored energy per unit mass of elastic strips was introduced to calculate and comprehensively evaluate the mechanical properties of three existing elastic strips. The results show that TTCSH program can greatly improve the modeling efficiency of elastic bar and quickly analyze and optimize the mechanical properties of elastic bar.
