摘要
针对有砟铁路道床缺砟快速无损检测需求,本文基于空气耦合探地雷达,建立了探地雷达理论分析模型,并同步设计对应的电磁仿真数值模型,从理论及数值计算两方面分析道床缺砟的雷达回波特性,在此基础上提出雷达波与道床缺砟特征点位置相互关系判断表达式,从而采用探地雷达方法,实现有砟铁路道床缺砟病害的快速无损检测。经一段有砟铁路的应用实践表明该方法是可行的。
According to the requirements of rapid non-destructive detection of ballast deficiency in ballasted railway track bed,based on air coupled GPR(ground penetrating radar),a theoretical analysis model of GPR was established in this paper.The corresponding electromagnetic simulation numerical model was designed synchronously,and the radar echo characteristics of ballast shortage in track bed were analyzed from two aspects of theory and numerical calculation.On this basis,the judgment expression of the relationship between radar wave and the position of ballast deficiency characteristic points in track bed was proposed.Thus,based on the GPR method,the rapid non-destructive detection ability of ballast deficiency disease in ballasted railway track bed was realized.After the application of a ballasted railway,the practice shows that this method is feasible.
