“双高计划”实施背景下,加强高职专业群与产业群的协同发展,是提高高职教育人才培养效能的内在要求,也是产业结构变革与技术创新双向互动的必然结果,更是产业集群发展促进人才和技术集群化联动的需要。其价值主要表现在满足广大人民群众对美好生活向往的民生价值、促进地方产业新旧动能转换的发展价值、在改革推进中实现增值发展的内生价值。新时期,高职院校应通过优化调整专业群结构、强化课程资源建设、推动专业教育与创新创业联动、建立定向就业机制等,促进高职专业群与产业群协同发展。

In the context of the “Double high plan” implementation, strengthening the coordinated development of higher vocational professional groups and industrial clusters is the inherent requirement for higher vocational education to improve the efficiency of talent training, and the inevitable result of the two-way interaction between industrial structure reform and technological innovation, and it is also the need for the development of industrial clusters to promote the linkage of talents and technology clustering. Its value is mainly manifested in the livelihood value of satisfying the people’s yearning for a better life, the development value of promoting the conversion of new and old kinetic energy of local industries, and the endogenous value of realizing value-added development in the promotion of reform. In the new era, higher vocational colleges should promote the coordinated development of higher vocational professional groups and industrial clusters by optimizing and adjusting the structure of professional groups, strengthening the construction of curriculum resources, promoting the linkage between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship, and establishing targeted employment mechanism.
