价值共创视角下“实训+思政”深度融合的组态研究 被引量:7

摘要 将立德树人融入实训环节是当前课程思政的重要实践场景。借助模糊集定性比较分析,对价值共创视角下课程思政与实训课程的融合策略进行组态分析,发现了使命驱动、情感共鸣、知识建构和激励机制等影响价值共创的关键要素,提炼得到两种典型的价值共创模式以及多重并发的价值共创路径,诠释了价值引领对价值共创的作用机理。通过对经管实训课程思政的融合效应与组态效应进行诠释,为思政教育的全过程融入、全价值创造、全要素融合提供实践参照。 Integrating moral education into practical training is an important practice scene of current ideological instruction course. With the qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets, the configuration analysis is carried out on the integration of practical training course and ideological instruction course from the perspective of value co-creation. The key factors affecting value co-creation such as mission driving, emotional resonance, knowledge construction and incentive mechanism are found, two typical value co-creation modes and corresponding value co-creation paths are extracted, and the mechanism of value leading on value co-creation is explained. Through the interpretation of the integration effect and configuration effect of the ideological instruction course and practical training course, it provides practical reference for the integration of the whole process of ideological and political education, creation of all values and integration of all elements.
