摘要
由于虚拟世界中的模型不存在物理实体,设计虚拟拆装时,模型之间易发生穿透的干涉现象。为了有效地减少此类干涉问题,提高可视化操作过程中的真实性,以某型号齿轮油泵为对象,研究能够减少干涉的虚拟装配交互方案,提出了轴向约束与欧氏距离约束相结合的移动定位拆装方法,减少了在操作层面上干涉的产生;另外研究分析了虚拟拆装操作方法以及逐帧跟随移动策略,在零部件移动时,采用预检测的方法检测移动方向上是否存在障碍,有效地避免了部件之间干涉的产生,对于减少虚拟拆装时的干涉具有实际的借鉴意义。
Because there is no physical entity in the model in the virtual world,penetrating interference is easy to occur between the models when designing virtual disassembly and assembly.In order to effectively reduce such interference problems and improve the authenticity of the visual operation process,a certain type of gear oil pump is used to study a virtual assembly interaction scheme that can reduce interference,and a mobile positioning disassembly and assembly method combining axial constraint and Euclidean distance constraint is proposed to reduce the interference at the operation level.In addition,the virtual disassembly and assembly operation method and the frame-by-frame follow-up movement strategy are studied and analyzed.When the parts are moving,the pre-detection method is used to detect whether there are obstacles in the moving direction,which effectively avoids the interference between components,and has practical reference significance for reducing the interference in virtual disassembly and assembly.
