摘要
针对传统工程训练存在的问题,结合新工科最新研究实践以及工程训练教学改革需求,探索了新工科工程训练实践教学模式,并以三相异步电动机为例构建了实践教学体系框架。该模式以实践产品群为主线,以实践项目为载体,融合传统工程训练实践教学模块,新增新工科实践教学内容,重构工程训练实践教学体系,创新实践项目群驱动知识、能力、实践和创新有机结合,为培养复合型和创新型新工科人才提供支撑。
In view of the problems existing in traditional engineering training and combined with the latest research practice of new engineering and the needs of engineering training teaching reform,this paper explores the practical teaching model of new engineering training and constructs the framework of practical teaching system by taking the three-phase asynchronous motor as an example.This model takes the practice product group as the main line and the practice project as the carrier,integrates the traditional engineering practice teaching module,adds the new engineering teaching content,reconstructs the training system,innovates the practice project group,drives the organic combination of knowledge,ability,practice and innovation,and provides support for the cultivation of compound and innovative new engineering talents.
