白芨散治疗脂溢性皮炎临床观察及对血清IL-4、IL-6、INF-γ水平的影响

Effects of Bletilla Powder on pruritus,serum IL-4,IL-6 and INF-γlevels in patients with seborrheic dermatitis

目的观察白芨散外敷对脂溢性皮炎(SD)患者皮肤瘙痒症状及对血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的100例SD患者随机分为研究组与对照组各50例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上外敷白芨散进行治疗,连续治疗1个月,比较两组患者治疗前后皮损面积评分、皮肤瘙痒评分以及皮肤病生活质量指数评分变化情况;比较两组血清IL-4、IL-6以及INF-γ水平。结果治疗后,研究组患者瘙痒症状改善总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后瘙痒评分、皮损评分以及皮肤病生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后表皮含水量、皮脂含量明显高于对照组,经表皮水分丢失明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL-4、IL-6水平明显低于对照组,INF-γ水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白芨散对SD患者瘙痒症状具有明显的改善效果,可明显改善患者病症程度以及皮肤质量,降低患者炎性因子水平,对SD具有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the effects of Bletilla Powder for external application on skin pruritus,levels of serum interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interferon-γ(INF-γ)in patients with seborrheic dermatitis(SD).Methods A total of 100 SD patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine drugs,while study group was treated with Bletilla Powder for external application on the basis of control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 1 month.The changes in scores of skin lesion area,skin pruritus and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum IL-4,IL-6 and INF-γwere compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of pruritus improvement in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);scores of pruritus,skin lesion and DLQI in study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);epidermal water content and sebum content in study group were significantly higher than control group,while transepidermal water loss was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in study group were significantly lower than control group,while INF-γlevel was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bletilla Powder can significantly improve pruritus,disease severity and skin quality of SD patients,and decrease levels of inflammatory factors,with good curative effect on SD.
