痰热清注射液联合左氧氟沙星对急性肾盂肾炎机体炎性损伤指标的影响

The effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with levofloxacin on inflammatory injury indexes of acute pyelonephritis

目的观察痰热清注射液联合左氧氟沙星对急性肾盂肾炎(AP)患者机体炎性损伤指标的影响。方法将我院134例AP患者根据治疗方案分为对照组与观察组各67例。对照组服用左氧氟沙星治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用痰清热注射液治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率、症状消失时间、炎性损伤指标。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状(寒战、发热、腰痛、尿路刺激征)消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血白细胞(WBC)、血中性粒细胞(NUE)、尿WBC、尿红细胞(RBC)较治疗前降低,且观察组血WBC、血NUE、尿WBC、尿RBC低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合左氧氟沙星对AP患者疗效显著,能缩短病程,降低对机体的炎性损伤。

Objective To observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with levofloxacin on inflammatory injury indexes in patients with acute pyelonephritis(AP).Methods A total of 134 cases of AP patients were divided into control group and observation group with 67 cases each according to the treatment plan.Control group was treated with levofloxacin,and observation group was treated with Tanqingre Injection on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,time to symptom disappearance,and inflammatory injury indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the symptoms(chilliness,fever、backache,urinary,irritation)disappearance time of observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);the white blood cell(WBC),blood neutrophils(NUE),urine WBC,urine red blood cell(RBC)of both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group were lower than control group;the laboratory indicators were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing Injection combined with levofloxacin has a significant effect on patients with AP,which can shorten the course of the disease and reduce the in flammatory injury to the body.
