陆军合成旅勤务保障分队后装保障能力评估

Evaluation of the After-installation Support Capability of the Army’s Combined Brigade Service Support Unit

随着部队规模结构和力量编成改革的推进落地,陆军合成旅勤务保障分队应运而生,成为集医疗、运输、修理等保障要素于一体的综合保障力量。准确评估勤务保障分队后装保障能力,对陆军合成旅开展信息化条件下军事训练、检验评估后装保障能力等具有重要意义。论文按照基于任务分解能力、基于能力细化标准、基于标准检验保障的思路,在分析探讨勤务保障分队保障任务、目标的基础上构建了“指、供、救、运、修、防”六个方面的评估指标体系,运用熵权法和云评估理论建立了后装保障能力评估模型,并结合实例进行了评估。

With the advancement and implementation of the reform of the size and structure of the force and the organization of forces,the army’s combined brigade service support unit emerged as the times require. It has become a comprehensive support force that integrates supply,medical care,transportation,repair and other support elements. Accurately assessing the after-installation support capability of the service support unit is of great significance for the army’s combined brigade to carry out military training under informatized conditions,and to inspect and evaluate the after-installation support capability. Based on the idea of task decomposition capability,capability refinement standards and standard inspection support,this paper constructs "guidance,supply,rescue,transportation,repair,and defense" on the basis of analyzing and discussing the wartime support tasks and objectives of the service support unit. Six aspects of the evaluation index system,the entropy method and cloud evaluation theory are used to establish the after-installation support capability evaluation model,and combined with examples for evaluation.
